Was looking for grand championpoints
"Was trying to see most recent points towards grand. Nothing on site said how long point accumulations take. Last show attended was not included in report which was the entire point of purchasing. Disappointed"

Request was for title progression
"Very easy experience. I thought the $Fee was very nice. I received 9 pages!"
Points progression report
"Mostly, I use the shop website to view the free points progression report. AKC requires me to check my email and enter a code. Why is this necessary for a free report? Is it possible to change this so that we can skip that step just to see the report?"
Double Authentication
"Your process is klunky at best, the site redraws the page when you return with the code and makes the authentication fault."
Points and pick progression record of my dogs, titles and awards
"I haven’t received it yet that I’m aware of"
Excellent resource
"I rely on free points progression most of the time, but decided I wanted a detailed report and this is excellent. Highly recommend and will buy again."
I have NOT yet received
"I have NOT yet received this!"
Nice feature, but soSLOW
"It’s nice to have this available to be able to look up, but it takes absolutely FOREVER for them to update points and have them show. I don’t know if that’s the AKC or the people at the shows that drag their feet so bad or maybe both. I also thought we were supposed to get a new certificate when my Chihuahua was awarded his champion title, but that never arrived."
Just what I needed
"I ordered my dogs' points progression a couple weeks ago. I lost track of their Q's and this was just what I needed to get me back to keeping a better record of their shows."
